By agreeing to rent a camper from Norman‘s Rv Rentals, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

The Renter shall be responsible for any and all damages to the rented camper during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes damages to the interior and exterior of the camper. The Renter agrees to notify Norman’s Rv Rentals immediately in the event of any damage.

The Renter assumes all liability for any injuries or damages that occur while the camper is in their possession. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Norman‘s Rv Rentals from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the camper.

The Renter agrees to use the camper in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes only. The camper shall not be used for any illegal activities or in a manner that could be considered dangerous or reckless.

The Renter agrees to abide by Norman’s Rv Rentals cancellation policy, which requires notification of cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled rental date to avoid any cancellation fees (75% refunded).

Pets are allowed in the camper unless prior approval has been given. The Renter agrees to comply with any additional rules and potential cleaning fees as specified by Norman’s Rv Rentals. Pet fees are $50.

Smoking is not permitted inside the camper. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees of $250.

The Renter agrees to report any necessary repairs or maintenance to Norman’s Rv Rentals immediately.

Norman’s Rv Rentals is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property stored or transported in the camper during the rental period.

Subleasing of the camper is strictly prohibited.

All rentals shall be governed by all applicable local, state and federal laws.

The Renter agrees to return or vacate the camper by the stipulated date and time as outlined in the rental agreement. In the event of a late return, additional fees may be imposed, equivalent to at least the daily rental rate previously agreed upon. Additional charges may be levied in case of subsequent booking cancellations or losses incurred by Norman’s Rv Rentals as a direct result of the late return.
